Amanda Loverseed

Amanda Loverseed studied illustration at Cambridge College of Arts and Technology and immediately after leaving college had her first two children’s books accepted.  Since then she has worked exclusively as a professional illustrator and artist. Working for many different clients, including Walker Books, Harper Collins, and Marks and Spencers she has created diverse illustrations for pop up books, prints, cards, gift wrap and many other products.

Amanda’s ‘Cut Thru’ range reflects her love of detailed work and an ability to see the world around her as inspiration for an imaginative world of her own creation. She works mainly with a dip pen and ink and watercolour. Her coloring in posters are world famous and she is always thinking up new color in designs.

Working from home, surrounded by the beautiful Sussex Downs, she lives with her husband and two cats.

Amanda is very excited to be working with ‘Really Giant Posters’ as it opens up an exciting world of possibilities to create beautiful illustrations in a fantastic size and inspires her to add even more attention to detail, so there is all the more to see and discover in such wonderful and 'Really GIANT' posters!
